How long will my coin take to reach me?  

Most orders are processed for shipping within 3 business days, but it could take up to 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your item to ship. Orders including Preorders will ship when all items are available. Preorders usually ship within 8-10 weeks. 

  

Do you offer Priority or Overnight Shipping? 

Many shipments are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority shipping free of charge. To prevent fraud, we do not offer overnight shipping under any circumstance. 

 

What if I don’t like my order? Can I return it? 

 

No. All sales are final. Due to the variable nature of our drop-based products, as well as bullion items, at this time we do not offer exchanges and do not accept returns. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

The customer may request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Service via email or call. Once canceled, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will reflect to your bank account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank. Before requesting, please check if the item is bullion-based or not. 

Bullion-based items: All coins that are bullion-based are NOT eligible for cancellation for any reason after 24 hours from the order date. Once an order confirmation has been issued, the price is locked-in, and you are contractually bound to complete the transaction. 

Collectible coins such as US Proof sets, Mint Sets, Morgan Silver Dollars, Peace Dollars, Cents, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, Half Dollars, Circulated Type coins such as Two Cent Pieces, Three Cent Pieces, and other Vintage Circulated Coins are eligible for cancellation. 

 

What if my shipping address is incorrect? 

If your shipping address is incorrect, please email or call our Customer Service immediately. The correction must be done internally by updating the records in our system. If the customer failed to do so before the order was shipped and delivered, Iconmint will not be held liable to replace the order. The customer needs to contact USPS and may request them to intercept the package (if it is not delivered yet). 

 

My package says it is delivered, but there’s nothing in my mailbox or front door. 

Please contact your local post office and ask them to search for the package. Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered by mistake, so there is a chance that they still have it. If the Post Office has confirmed that your package had been delivered, you need to file a police report for the stolen order/package. Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to replace a missing order if is has been successfully delivered. 

 

My order has the same status when I check the tracking history, is it stuck? 

If there is no movement at all for at least 15 days, the order will be considered lost in transit. Please report it to our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice@iconmint.com and our representative will file the claim with our insurance. Claim processing time may take 5-15 days. Once approved, we'll send you the replacement immediately.

 

Here are a few reminders while waiting for your order to be delivered:

Tracking Information – Once your order is confirmed for shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. Please allow 48 hours (about 2 days) for the tracking information to become available.
