All Sales Final: We do not accept returns on any products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of our business and the precious metals nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the purchase is completed.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly coordinate an exchange for the same product or an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability.

Coordinating Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team via email at customerservice@iconmint.com , providing details of the issue and your order information. Our dedicated team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the damaged or defective item.

Eligibility for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assess the issue and process the exchange accordingly.

Shipping Costs: If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending you a replacement. 

Processing Time: Once we receive the damaged or defective item, our team will inspect it to verify the issue. Upon approval, we will proceed with the exchange process, which may take 5 to 10 days to complete. We appreciate your patience during this time.
